The Story of Tatweer

Tatweer Research is a forward looking organization that aims to build the knowledge-based economy in Libya. Owned by the Libyan Local Investment & Development Fund, LLIDF, Tatweer’s mission is to support the country’s stability through economic diversification by investing in various technology, capacity building and development programs.

Our work has been repeatedly recognized by a number of local and international entities, including BBC World, UNDP, EU and Forbes. Tatweer is based in Benghazi but has implemented projects in 15 cities and towns all across Libya. Our local footprint, combined with world-class talent, allows us to deliver significant and sustainable impact to the Libyan people.
